Buffalo Wings coated with Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce


































I love Buffalo Wings when i go to pubs and have them as snack with my beer. But, they are always done the western way. I tried doing this at home the Asain way and it taste just as great!

"Today is 12th Singapore's General Election. Polling starts from 8am to 8pm. Results show will start on CNA from 9.30pm. Expected results show will last till 2 - 3 am. So, this recipe is the ultimate supper treat to enjoy while awaiting the results! Will PAP romp to victory in all 87 seats? Will there be a freak result? Will Aljunied GRC fall to Opposition? We shall see."

Ingredient

nocoupons
12 chicken wings
100g butter
1 small clove of minced garlic
60 ml Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce or any sauce you prefer
1/2 teaspoon salt

Method

1. Clean and pat dry the chicken wings and steam for 10 minutes. 
2. Lay the wings and place in the fridge for about 2 hours.
3. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
4. Roast on the middle rack of the oven for 20 minutes. Turn the wings over and cook another 20 minutes until the skin is golden brown.
5. In the meantime, melt the butter and garlic with Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce and salt into a bowl.
6. Remove the wings from the oven.
7. Coat the wings with the sauce. 
8. Enjoy!
