Luncheon Meat and Mushroom Pizza




















Ingredients

2 piece Ready made wraps
5 white button mushrooms, thinly sliced
Half can Luncheon meat, cut to thick slices 
1 hard boil egg, sliced
Tomato paste for spreading on wrap
1 handful mozzarella cheese
Few leaves of rosemary
pepper to taste

Method

1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees C
2. Lay wrap on a baking tray
3. Apply tomato paste on wrap
4. Arrange Luncheon meat , Egg and Mushroom on wrap
5. Scatter cheese and rosemary leaves over the condiments
6. Add pepper to taste
7. Bake in oven for 5 mins
8. Enjoy!

Luncheon Meat Burger with Roasted Potatoes


















Ingredients

1 Hamburger Bun per pax
1 Thick slice of Luncheon Meat per pax
5 baby potatoes per pax
1 block of Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Mayo
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste 

Method

1. Boil Potatoes in water for 5 minutes
2. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C
3. Mix the potates in generous lugs of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and season with Salt and Pepper
4. Roast for 50 minutes till skin crispy and flesh soft
5. Heat up frying pan and fry luncheon meat on both sides till golden brown.
6. Mix mustard and mayo together, spread the buns with the mustard mayo. 
7. Place luncheon meat on bun, grate cheese over the meat.
8. Serve with potatoes

Stir Fry Udon with Luncheon Meat and Crabstick

















Ingredients

1 Packet Udon
1/4 Can Luncheon Meat
3 Crabstick
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 Tsp Light Soy
1 Clove Garlic, roughly chopped
1 Egg
Pepper to taste
Cooking Oil

Method

1. Cook udon in boiling water for 2 mins.
2. Pan fry Luncheon meat till crisp
3. In a wok, add cooking oil and Garlic
4. Once aromatic, crack egg and stir
5. Drain and add in udon and stir fry
6. Add in Crabstick and Luncheon meat, Oyster sauce and Light Soy
7. Stir fry for 1 to 2 mins 
8. Enjoy!

Tom Yum Rice Vermicelli with Cheese Tofu and Luncheon Meat

















Ingredients

1 Bundle of Rice Vermicelli
Quarter Can of Luncheon Meat
3 Pc Cheese Tofu
Ready made Tom Yum Paste
Water

Method

1. Mix the Tom Yum Paste with Water (According to the instruction on your Tom Yum Paste Bottle) and bring to a boil
2. Add in Rice Vermicelli, Luncheon Meat and Cheese Tofu and boil for 3 to 5 minutes.
3. Enjoy!

Roasted Australia Red Onions with Potatoes and Luncheon Meat


















Ingredients

1 Australian Red Onion (This is darker coloured and more flavourful then local red onion)
1 White Skin Potato, cut to cubes
1 quarter can of Luncheon Meat
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper
1 tsp Dried Thyme

Method

1. Slice the red onions thickly, about 1 cm thick. 
2. Sprinkle salt and pepper over them.
3. Oil a roasting pan, lay the onions on the pan.
4. Toss the potatoes with Olive oil and thyme, lay them in 1 corner of the pan. Do not lay above onions.
5. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C.
6. Roast for 30 mins.
7. Chop up luncheon meat into thick chunks.
8. After 25 mins in the oven, remove pan and toss in the luncheon meat.
9. Enjoy!

Baked Luncheon Meat, Cheese and Scramble Egg Sandwich



































This is a lazy Man's sandwich. Its so simple to make and assemble and its perfect for days which you simply are too lazy to make anything when you are hungry. And what's better then having luncheon meat sanwiches nicely baked with melted cheese and scramble eggs?

Ingredients

4 Slices of Luncheon Meat (Cut into Half Moon shape)
4 Slices of sandwich loaf
1 Egg
2 Slices of Cheese
Knob of Butter
Splash of Milk

Method

1. Pan fry the luncheon meat till crispy
2. Using the same pan, scramble 1 egg with knob of butter and splash of milk
3. Arrange the luncheon meat, scramble egg and cheese on the bread
4. Slice the bread into triangles (See Photo)
5. Wrap the sandwiches in aluminum foil
6. Place the sandwiches into a Pre-heated 180 degrees oven for 5 minutes
7. Enjoy!
