Roast Half Chicken with Potatoes in HappyCall Pan


















Ingredients

Half a Chicken
1 Tbsp Pepper Powder
1 Tbsp Thyme
1 Tbsp Oil
4 Baby potatoes, halved

Method

1. Mix Pepper powder, Thyme and oil together.
2. Rub the mixture all over the chicken
3. Marinade for at least 2 hours
4. Heat up Happycall Pan.
5. Place chicken, skin side down together with the potatoes and cover the lid
6. Once you see steam coming out from the happycall pan, the chicken and potatoes are just cooked through.
7. Flip the pan and wait for another 5 mins before removing from heat.
8. Enjoy!

Pork Chops with Egg and Japanese Curry Gravy using Happycall Pan

















Ingredients

2 Pork Chops
1 Egg
Salt and Pepper
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

*Gravy


160ml Chicken Broth
1 Onion, Thinly Sliced
1 Cube Japanese Curry Roux 

Method

1. Marinade the pork chops with pinch of salt and pepper on both sides and chill for at least 2 hours
2. Heat up Happycall Pan on medium heat.
3. Place pork chops on pan, close the cover and wait.
4. After 3 mins on 1 side, flip Happycall Pan.
5. Once you see steam coming out from the Happycall Pan, the pork chops are done. (About 5 mins)
6. Remove pork chops and crack the egg into the pan, close the lid and turn off the flame.
7. After 1 min, Open the lid!
8. Serve pork chops with Egg and Gravy
9. Enjoy! 

*Gravy

1. Slice up onion and sweat them in a pan
2. Add in broth and bring to boil
3. Add Roux into the pan and mix well 
4. Pour over the pork chops
5. Enjoy!

Fry Red Snapper without Oil using HappyCall Pan

















Ingredient

1 Red Snapper
Salt and Pepper

Method

1. Heat up HappyCall Pan on medium heat
2. Place fish into pan, cover and fry for 8 mins
3. Flip over and fry for another 4 mins.

Boneless Chicken Drumstick with Mayo-Egg Yolk Sauce using HappyCall Pan

















Ingredients

2 Boneless Chicken Drumsticks
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
Dash of Cooking wine
1 Egg Yolk
1 Tbsp Mayo
1 Tbsp Oil
10 Cherry tomatoes, halved

Method

1. Marinade Chicken with Pinch of Salt and Pepper and Dash of Cooking wine for 1 hour
2. Heat up the Happycall Pan with 1 Tbsp Oil on low heat
3. Lay Chicken skin down and cover the pan.
4. In the meantime, mix egg yolk and mayo with pinch of pepper well
5. Once you see steam from the outlet, the chicken is ready.
6. Serve with cherry tomatoes and drizzle sauce over the chicken
7. Enjoy!

Stir Fry Vermicelli with Pork Leg and Kailan using Happycall Pan

















Ingredients

1 Can Pork Leg
1 Bunch Vermicelli, soaked
100g Kailan, Washed and chopped

Method

1. Pour Pork Leg contents into Happycall Pan
2. Add in Vermicelli and Kailan
3. Cover pan and turn on medium heat
4. Once you see steam coming out from the outlet, its done!
5. Enjoy!

Pork Chops with Roasted Pumpkin and Gravy using Happycall Pan

















Ingredients

2 Pork Chops
1/4 Pumpkin, Peeled and chop to 1 cm cubes
Salt and Pepper
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Peanut Oil

*Gravy

2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
2 Tbsp Flour
2 Cups Beef Stock
Black Pepper or to taste
Sea Salt to taste

Method

1. Marinade the pork chops with pinch of salt and pepper on both sides and chill for at least 2 hours
2. Heat up Happycall Pan on medium heat.
3. Add 1 Tbsp Peanut Oil
4. Place pork chops on pan, close the cover and wait.
5. Pre-heat Oven to 180 degrees 
6. Put pumpkin into roasting pan, pinch of salt and pepper to taste and a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
7. Roast for 25 minutes
8. Once you see steam coming out from the Happycall Pan, the pork chops are done.
9. Serve pork chops with roasted pumpkin and Gravy
10. Enjoy!

*Gravy

1. Heat the butter in a large saucepan
2. Add the butter over medium heat
3. Then mix in the flour, and cook until lightly browned. 
4. Slowly add the beef stock and pepper. Cook and whisking until the gravy is thick and smooth.
5. Season the gravy with salt (If necessary)
6. Enjoy!
