Simple Roast Chicken


1 Chicken
1 Lemon
2 Tbsp Dried Thyme
2 Tbsp Sea Salt
Pinch of Pepper
Dash of EV Olive oil


1. Wash and pat dry chicken, place in a roasting pan
2. Pre-heat Oven to 180 Degrees
3. Rub EV Olive oil all over the chicken
4. Rub Sea salt and dried thyme all over the chicken
5. Slice Lemon into half, squeeze the juice into the cavity and stuff the lemon halves inside.
6. Roast for 1.5 hours to 2 hours (Depending on size of chicken)
7. Enjoy
