Ingredients
1 can cured Herring (From IKEA) or you can use smoke salmon
1 Zucchini. diced
1 red shallot, chopped
150g Yoghurt
Method
1. Mix Zucchini and shallots in a bowl
2. Add in yoghurt, mix well
3. Serve in a bowl with few slices of cured herring
4. Enjoy!
